Subject: Problem with windows 8.1

I have a K2 5x10 thats 2 years old, its running off of KMotion 432,  I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and it does not show the usb driver for KMotion.  I called the company and found out they went out of business.  I as able to find the salesman that sold me the machine, he said I need to re install the drive, I can't find the drive on Kmotions web site.  I tried re installing the entire program but windows 8 still doesn't see the usb drive.  Has anyone had this problem?  How do I fix it

Hi Bill,

Installing the KMotion 4.32 Software and installing the USB Driver are two different things.  It isn't clear what you are doing.  For loading the Driver in W8.1 see:
